Emailing Forms from Realfast2Go
1. 'Select' the desired File or Folder to be e-mailed. 2. 'Click' Send Forms from the Realfast2Go Navigation Menu on the left. • Single Form: If you have a single form selected a Send Form dialog box will appear. • Multiple Forms: If you have a folder selected a Select Forms to Send dialog box will appear. • 'Place' a check mark next to the Forms to be e-mailed. 3. 'Select' either Outlook or another e-mail system. • If Outlook is selected Realfast2Go will automatically open a new mail message and insert the Form Exchange message into the body of the email. 'Enter' the recipient's email address and 'Send' the e-mail. • If another e-mail system is selected the following Send Forms Please Read: Dialog Box will appear. • 'Open' your e-mail software and 'Create' a New Message. Then, 'Copy and Paste' the text in the white portion of the 'Dialog Box' into the body of the e-mail message.
