1. Please complete the attached Excel Spreadsheet.

   Completing this form will allow us to add your agents to our database so they can log into Realfast2Go. Please provide an email address for each user. Please do not duplicate email adresses for multiple users.

User Type: 'U' indicates User, 'O' indicates Office Administrator
• User: Agents who will be using the software to complete contracts
• Office Admin: Adminstrative personnel with access to change office or user information

Email: The email address for the user. This will be the user's 'unique' login name and will not be used for communication purposes from Realfast or within the Realfast2Go application

NRDS ID (Office and User): this information is recommended but not required

2. Save the information entered into the form.

   Save the file by selecting the 'Save As' option from the File drop down menu. Note where you are saving the file to as you will need to access it later.

3. Attach the saved Excel Spreadsheet file to a new outgoing email message and send the completed form to customer.service@realfast.com.

Please allow up to four (4) days after emailing the completed spreadsheet for the submitted information to be checked for accuracy and entered into our data system.

We will notify you when the user information loading is complete

4. Agents will be able to login with the following information

   • Login Name: Agent's email address provided in Step One (1)
   • Password: realfast

   Realfast2Go will prompt & require the user to change their password upon initial logi

5. Users can verify and add information in Realfast2Go after initial login
