How to Logon If You Have Forgotten Your Logon or Password

1. Start Realfast.
2. Logon to Realfast as the Administrator. Use ADMIN for the Logon Name, and ADMIN for the password.
3. Note: If you cannot logon using ADMIN, then contact the Computer Administrator in your office.
4. Click on Utilities, click on Administration, then click on Add/Edit Users.
5. Highlight on the user account you want to edit.
6. Note: If your name does not appear in the list, you will need to add yourself as a user.
7. In the fields below, enter a new password in the Password field. Use a password that you can easily remember that is eight characters or less. Do not use spaces in the password.
8. Click OK, then Click Done.
9. Exit Realfast.
10. Start Realfast and log on with your Logon Name and Password.
