The Realfast2Go login screen opens to a window displaying: Protected Mode Off
Users running Windows Vista with User Account Control enabled will also need to enable Internet Explorer’s Protected Mode for Trusted Sites. Follow the steps below to ensure that Protected Mode is enabled.
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click Tools from the Internet Explorer Toolbar and select Internet Options
- Click the Security tab
- Click the Trusted Sites checkmark and verify that Enable Protected Mode is checked
- Restart Internet Explorer and access the Realfast2Go software.
