I'm getting a Realfast2Go error: No User could be found with the login name entered

Realfast2Go uses different login credentials than Realfast Forms for Windows.

By default the following login credentials have been setup for Realfast subscribers by your office.

Login Information:

  • Login Name: Email address provided to Realfast by your office (not case sensitive)
  • Password: realfast (for initial login only) (case sensitive)

If you are still having problems then use the Forgot Login/Password link from the Realfast2Go login screen to retrieve your username and password.

If you are still experiencing problems please contact your office administrator or Realfast Customer Service.
