Incorrect Computer Settings Error

Due to real estate association/commission requirements Realfast2Go can only print forms with a font size of 96 DPI.  If a larger DPI size has been selected in Windows, Realfast2Go will display an error message and provide instructions to correct the Windows DPI Settings.

Follow the steps below to correct the Windows DPI size setting. Be sure to follow the specific instructions for your Windows operating system. 

Windows 7

  1. Access the Windows Control Panel
  2. Select Appearance and Personalization
  3. Select Display
  4. Select the Smaller - 100% (Default) option
  5. Click OK to restart the computer

Windows Vista

  1. Access the Windows Control Panel
  2. Select Personalization
  3. Click Adjust font size (DPI)
  4. Select Default scale (96 DPI) - fit more information
  5. Click OK to restart the computer

Windows XP

  1. Right click on the Windows Desktop and Select Properties
  2. Click the Settings Tab, then Click Advanced
  3. Set the DPI setting to Normal size (96 DPI)
  4. Click OK to restart the computer
