Realfast2Go form footers print incorrectly

Internet Explorer uses a default margin setting of 0.5 inches when printing web content. If this setting has been change then the location of the Realfast2Go footer will also be altered.

Follow the steps below to verify your Internet Explorer margin settings.

1. Click the Print drop down menu from the Internet Explorer Command Bar.
2. Select Page Setup form the menu.
3. In the Page Setup window, verify that all margins (left, right, top, and bottom) are set to 0.5 (inches).
   • Any entries in the Header and Footer fields should also be removed.
4. Click OK button and restart Internet Explorer and Realfast2Go.
5. Log in to Realfast2Go and verify that forms are now printing correctly.
