Publisher Error: Could not find part of path or Could not start print job.
Follow the steps below to clear the Realfast2Go Publisher Print Queue.
- Select Print Form from the Realfast2Go navigation menu
- Click the Clear Queue button in the lower left hand corner of the Print Options screen.
- A confirmation message will appear. Click Yes to continue.
- Click Print to send the current form(s) to desired printer.
- The error message will no longer appear and form(s) will be sent to
the selected printer.
