Realfast2Go Publisher stops at 92% Completion

If Realfast2Go becomes unresponsive during the Printing, PDF Conversion, or Sending process then the Realfast PDF converter should be reinstalled.

Follow the steps below to uninstall and reinstall the Realfast2Go PDF Converter.

  • Access the Windows Control Panel
  • Double click Program and Features (Windows Vista / Windows 7) or Add/Remove programs (Windows XP)
  • If any of the following programs exist in the Programs list, uninstall them:
    • GPL Ghostscript 8.63
    • Realfast2Go
    • Realfast2Go PDF Components
    • Realfast2Go PDF Converter
  • Restart the computer
  • After restart, log back in to Realfast2Go and follow the instructions to reinstall the Realfast PDF Converter.
    • Be sure to wait while all of the PDF files are downloaded and installed.
  • The Realfast2Go Publisher will now allow for Print, PDF Conversion, and Sending.
    • Please Note: The Realfast PDF Converter may still stop for 10-15 seconds at 92% while the forms are compiled. This is normal and the Realfast2Go Publisher is still working properly.
