Outlook does not have a Send button when opened through Realfast2Go

When Outlook is opened by Realfast2Go the default Outlook account and settings are applied. If there is no default account setup in Outlook, then a Send button will not be available.

To properly use Outlook to send emails from Realfast2Go please ensure that Outlook has been configured as the default messaging client with a default email account.
