I'm getting a ‘Cannot Find Forms‘ message when creating a new folder

The Realfast2Go data held locally will need to be refreshed by performing the steps below

  1. Locate your computer's C: drive
  2. Rename the Realfast2Go folder to Realfast2Go_OLD.
  3. Login to Realfast2Go
    1. This will prompt the Realfast2Go program to rebuild the data folder on your computer and should remove the error message. 

If the issues are resolved and Realfast2Go is running correctly then you will be able to delete the C:\Realfast2Go_OLD folder.
