In order to receive customer support for Realfast software, we require the following information:
• Name
• Registration Number, and/or your complete company name and address
• Phone Number
• E-Mail address
• A brief description of the problem
Your Registration Number allows us to access your customer records, which enables our staff to become familiar with your account before they contact you. This allows us to provide a better level of service to you. If you don't have your Registration Number available, please provide your complete company name and address to help us identify you.
When describing your problem, please be as specific as possible. For example, if you are having a problem with a particular form, let us know what form it is. We may require additional information such as the version of Realfast installed on your computer, the version of Microsoft Windows, or other technical details relating to your computer.
