Renewals

Realfast is licensed on an annual subscription basis. The date you first license the program will be your "renewal date" each year. You will receive a Renewal Letter before your expiration date, starting two months before your renewal date until one month after your renewal date. Also, the Realfast program will "pop-up" a reminder notice about your renewal date each time you login to the Realfast program, 30 days before your renewal date.

The Renewal Letter requests that you verify all the company information by circling "Confirmed" next to each set of information. This is helpful to us to verify that the information we have is correct, and it also verifies that the information printing on your forms is correct.

Upon receipt of payment, we will email the email address on file the receipt and instructions to get your program updated for the year. Please be sure to verify that the email we have on file is correct, to avoid not receiving your renewal information.

If you have not received your Renewal Letter, and would like a copy, please call us at (800) 571-0277 with your Registration Number to obtain a copy.  Your Registration Number can be found on the Realfast login screen.
