How to Change your Registration Information

 

Whenever you change your name, company or address information, you will need to change your customer Registration Information in your Realfast program.

You must first call Realfast Customer Service at 1-800-571-0277 to change your information with us. Once you have your new Registration Information, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Click on the Realfast Forms icon on your desktop.
     
  2. Click on the Register / Renew button on the right.
     
  3. Enter your Registration Information exactly as shown.

    Important: Your Registration Information must be entered exactly as shown, including spaces, capitalization, symbols, and punctuation. If you enter any information incorrectly, a message will indicate that the Product Key and/or a specific piece of information is incorrect. Please read the message carefully as it will help you identify what specific piece of information needs to be corrected.
     
  4. Once you have entered the Registration Information, click the Change Registration Information button.

    If you receive an error message, go back to step 3 and make sure you have entered the Registration Information correctly. If you have checked the information and continue to receive an error message, please contact Realfast at 1-800-571-0277 for assistance.
     
  5. If you are returned to the logon screen of Realfast, your Registration Information is now be changed.

  1. Click on the Windows Start button at the lower left of your screen.
     
  2. Click on Programs, then click on Realfast Setup 6 (green icon).
     
  3. Click on the Registration Information tab.
     
  4. Click the Change button.
     
  5. Enter your Registration Information exactly as shown.

  6. Once you have entered the Registration Information, click the Change Registration Information button.

    If you receive an error message, go back to step 5 and make sure you have entered the Registration Information correctly. If you have checked the information and continue to receive an error message, please contact Realfast at 1-800-571-0277 for assistance.
     
  7. If you did not receive an error message, your Registration Information should now be changed.
     
  8. Click OK at the bottom of the screen to close Realfast Setup 6.
