"Page Cannot be Displayed" Error

I keep getting the error message: "The Page Cannot Be Displayed" when trying to run the Download. Why & What Do I Do?
This message might occasionally appear while searching the Internet.  It can be caused by high traffic to a website or a quick lapse in transmission, among many other reasons. To resolve the problem:

  1. In Internet Explorer, Click Tools, then click Internet Options.

  2. On the General Tab, under Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files.

  3. Make sure to put a check mark in the box that says "Delete all off-line content", then click Ok.  Wait for this to be done. Be advised that this may take several minutes.

  4. Under History, click Clear History.

  5. On the Delete all items in your History folder dialog box, click Ok.

If this still doesn't work, try running the download from the Alternative Download Site by clicking here.

Type in the address to the desired web page.  If the error message occurs again, exit Internet Explorer and start it again.  If you are still having problems, the website may be having technical difficulties and you will have to return at a later time.  Problems downloading from our website may also occur if the download is being blocked by virus protection software, security settings, your network or firewall settings, or your Internet Service Provider.
