
You will need to download Realfast from our website and install it on a Microsoft Windows server computer on your network. Click the Associations link to the left for more information on downloading and installing Realfast.
Realfast can be installed on a Microsoft Windows-based network by a qualified Network Administrator or Information Technology professional.
Important: Realfast does not provide technical support for computer networks. We strongly recommend that a qualified Network Administrator or Information Technology professional perform this type of installation. The following instructions should be read prior to installing Realfast on a network.

Network Installation Procedure
This section provides detailed instructions to install Realfast on a network. Only a qualified Network Administrator or Information Technology professional should complete this procedure.
Important
Before beginning, you should remove any previous network installations of Realfast from each client workstation.
1. Install the Realfast program on a server on the network.
NOTE: Share the directory where Realfast is installed on the server so users will be able to access the Realfast program and data. By default, the Realfast installation directory is c:\rfwin. If the users to not have read/write rights to this directory, they may not be able to change their logon/password, save forms, change the expiration date, etc.
2. Create a Shortcut on each client workstation that references the Realfast executable, rfwin95.exe, on the server. For example, a Shortcut target could be Z:\rfwin\rfwin95.exe.
3. Install the Realfast PDF Converter on each client workstation. The Realfast PDF Converter is installed as a printer driver on the client workstation.
a. On each client workstation, execute the batch file Install Realfast PDF Converter.bat located on in the Rfwin folder on the network server.
Note: This step is required only if you intend to use the Convert Contract to PDF feature or E-mail a contract in PDF Format.
