  • Customer Support: In order to receive customer support for Realfast software or forms, you are required to submit: 1) your name, 2) company name, 3) address, 4) registration number, 5) phone number, and 6) e-mail address. You may also be asked to provide technical information about your computer hardware and software.

  • Notify you of software and forms updates
  • Notify you of the annual license renewal of your Realfast program
  • Provide customer support and service

Your e-mail address is one of the most important communication mechanisms available to us. It allows us to provide you timely information regarding our real estate products and services. You are able to opt-out of our e-mail lists with a simple link provided in the e-mail message. We do, however, require the e-mail address of the registered owner of the Realfast product.
