NCAR Expiration Date Change
Members of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS can update the
expiration date of their Realfast desktop software to 12/31/2008 by following
the directions below.
1. Connect to the Internet
2. Go to the NCAR website at www.ncrealtors.org
3. Log into the website. Your User Name is the e-mail address you have on record with NCAR. Your DEFAULT Password is your National Association of REALTORS® Database System Number (NRDS). Please note that this number is not your license number of your MLS number. For your convenience, it is printed next to your name on the mailing label of your Insight Magazine .
4. Click the Forms & Contracts.
5. Click the Download Now link.
6. When prompted, click on Open or Run. If you get a security warning message, click Yes to install.
7. Follow the directions in the Realfast Setup Program.
The Realfast desktop program, NCAR forms, and your expiration date should now be updated.
Note: If you are using a networked version of Realfast, your network administration should use these directions to update the server computer.
