Florida Property Tax Disclosure Language

There is not a separate form for the Property Tax Disclosure summary. This required verbiage has been incorporated into both the FAR-8 (Residential Sale and Purchase Contract) and the FAR/BAR-7s (Contract for Sale and Purchase) forms.
