Automatic Dating: Simply enter the acceptance & closing dates and the other dates in the contract will be automatically calculated. Calculated dates can still be manually overridden.
E-Mail contracts in a PDF format (adobe acrobat): Realfast can send a contract as an Adobe Acrobat PDF attachment using any e-mail software.
Receiving a contract via E-Mail: The recipient can view and print the contract, but cannot alter it. A free downloadable version of Adobe Acrobat is available from www.adobe.com.
Buyer/Seller Information: While most form software limits you to 2 buyers and 2 sellers, Realfast supports up to 6 buyers and 6 sellers including addresses, phone, fax, and social security numbers.
Expandable Fields: Certain input fields, such as those for property description and additional provisions, can automatically expand up to 60 lines as needed. If only one line of space is needed, only one line is used.
Master Contracts: Pre-filled master contracts (template contracts) can be created which will provide more control and make it easier for other users to complete contracts.
Master Groups: Sets of forms which are typically used together can be "grouped" which will allow the user to easily move from one form to another. Information can be easily linked within the group.
Link information from different contracts: Information such as buyers, sellers and property address can be copied from one form to another.
Clause Library: A library of frequently used clauses can be created by the user. Clauses can then be easily entered into any contract. The Clause Library can also be printed or copied to other computers.

Summary Pages: Concise, one-page summaries of contract dates, buyer/seller information, and financing details, can be created and printed.
Text strike-out: You can strike out preprinted text within a contract. The strike-out appears as a diagonal slash through the text.
Dialog view: View and fill-in the complete contract, use a shortened "dialog" worksheet, or use both simultaneously, which can simplify data entry for REALTORS® and staff.
Loan calculator: The loan calculator can calculate loan payments based on the loan amount, interest rate, and term of the loan. The resulting monthly payment can then be pasted into the contract.
Color Printing: Text in the input fields can be printed in color, making it easier to review the contract with customers.
Automatically print "n/a" in blank fields: When printing, you can select to have "n/a" print in any field left blank.
