  • Revised:  All forms have been re-formatted to comply with the Hawaii Association of REALTORS® Copyright and Trademark Notice which states that there can be no alteration of the printed portions, pagination, or paragraph numbers or breaks.  This means that all forms have hard coded page breaks, all expandable fields and checkboxes have been removed, forms are not right justified, Buyer and Seller fields have been replaced with hard-coded lines.  For questions regarding the copyright of these forms, please contact the association.
